Clint Glover has been active in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years. He started his career at the Brannen/Goddard Company where he specialized in industrial and suburban office leasing.
In 1999, he co-founded Resource Real Estate Partners, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management company, serving as both Principal and Managing Broker for the firm. Resource consistently ranked in the Top 20 for both volume and square footage under management in Atlanta. In 2013, CBRE acquired the assets of Resource Real Estate Partners and Clint stayed on with CBRE to continue his brokerage practice as a Senior Vice President.
In 2016, Clint joined Reliant Real Estate Partners in 2016 while simultaneously founding JCG Investment Properties to acquire and develop commercial and residential properties.
Clint has led numerous other partnerships in the acquisition, repurposing and development of commercial properties. Examples include a regional office building for Metso Paper, a medical office building for Emory Healthcare and build-to-suits for Pep Boys and Manny Moe & Jack.
Clint is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and a recipient of their Silver Phoenix Award. He graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
