Alex McArthur is a Principal at Reliant Real Estate Partners based in Atlanta, Georgia. Alex specializes in representing industrial landlords and tenants in their real estate interests. He also works closely with Adam Richards and Tyler Fann on Reliant Real Estate Partner’s acquisition and development projects.

Alex previously worked at Marsh as a Client Executive developing innovative risk management programs for real estate owners and operators. Prior to Marsh, Alex worked as an Investment Analyst with the Real Estate Finance Group of CIBC World Markets. During this time, he analyzed and underwrote approximately $1.5B in commercial real estate assets. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School of Law. Alex is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor, is married with two daughters and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
