Tyler Fann is the Principal and Co-Founder of Reliant Real Estate Partners, based in Atlanta, GA. Tyler specializes in representing industrial and office landlords and tenants in their real estate interests. He also oversees Reliant Real Estate Partners acquisition and development projects, alongside Adam Richards.

Tyler previously worked at Resource Real Estate Partners for six years where he represented institutional and corporate clients in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, development and consulting. While at Resource, Tyler structured several complex acquisitions, both as a principal investor and on behalf of his institutional and private equity clients.

Tyler began his real estate career in 1999 as an industrial landlord representative with Trammell Crow Company where his team was responsible for a portfolio exceeding 15M SF for clients such as Invesco, Crow Family Holdings, TIAA, TA Realty Associates and Manulife Financial. Tyler then joined Trammell Crow Company’s growing tenant representation and corporate services team where he focused on site selection, lease analysis and negotiations for major corporate clients including Tyco, Home Depot, Briggs & Stratton, Futaba & Hyundai Construction Equipment.

During his real estate career, Tyler has been named by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a Top Producer. He has also received the CoStar Power Broker distinction over multiple years. Tyler attended the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Tyler is married with two daughters and lives in Atlanta, GA.
